Made to Order: Each piece is produced once you purchase. Typical dispatch is ~3–4 weeks. Large drops may extend timelines slightly—watch product pages and our Instagram stories for live updates.

• Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination.
• Tracking: Emailed automatically when your label is created.
• Split shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately.

Heads up: production windows do not include transit time (usually 2–7 business days in the U.S.).

We want you to love your gear. If something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

• Window: Request within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.
• Made-to-order items: Eligible for size exchange or store credit (no refunds).
• Final sale: Discounted items, limited collaborations, and custom pieces.
• Shipping: Return postage is customer-paid unless we made an error.

Our general fit is true-to-size with a slightly baggy silhouette. Check each product page for the model’s size and notes.

• Sweatpants: True-to-size, slightly baggy.
• Jeans/Jorts: Relaxed, stacked fit—order your usual waist.
• Nylon Pants: Wide leg; use drawcord to adjust waist.

• Fleece & graphics: Cold wash inside out. Air dry or tumble low.
• Rhinestones: Cold wash inside out. Air dry preferred.
• Denim: Cold wash; hang dry to preserve color and prints.
• Nylon pants: Cold wash; air dry only.

• We accept major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other options shown at checkout.
• All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

If you need to adjust size, address, or cancel, email neverreckon1@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.
